“Mother has always been very social and was thrilled to make new friends and try new activities such as exercise class, card games, eating out trips, wine and cheese parties to name a few. She also realized that many friends from church lived there too. It was a very easy transition for her. Not only was she thrilled to have friends at any time of day to be with, but she also admitted that she was tired of cooking and cleaning which are benefits that are included with the room fee. We had found the perfect place for my mom to enjoy her retirement. To top it off, the Vintage has it’s own beauty shop so her hair appointments and manicures are just down stairs. Hot days, cold days, rainy days – nothing stops her from getting her hair done now.

Mom couldn’t be happier at the Vintage and her family is thrilled to see her joy again ” living alone after being married so many years had been hard.

The staff at the Vintage is exceptional. They honestly care for the residents and help them with anything they need. It is such a comfort to know my mom is happy, well-fed, clean room, and really no worries but just enjoy life.”

“This was my third time to do therapy at Beacon Harbor. I feel stronger, can walk with my walker, and I even feel more like myself than when I came in! All the therapists were very helpful, and I would come back to Beacon Harbor.”

“My husband, Glenn, was in need of physical therapy after undergoing open heart surgery, and Senior Care Centers was recommended by friends who had good family member experiences. My husband and I were very impressed as we observed the personal care given to all patients. From housekeeping to therapy, your entire staff seemed to continually show patience throughout their daily duties. The lounge and dining room were available to visiting guest at all times, and coffee and tea could be shared 24-7. Two weeks of professional medical attention from Hill country Care gave Glenn a more secure feeling for returning home. We could never find a more desirable ‘All round facility’ for a healthy physical recovery than Hill country Care Center in Dripping Springs, Texas.”

“The care at Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been outstanding. The nurses and CAN’s have treated our loved one and all other patients with dignity and utmost respect. They work together as a team to assist the patients, thus creating a very comfortable and caring atmosphere. They are always ready to assist the patients as well as the families when needed. Thank you for being so attentive and addressing all of our needs!”

“After having a stroke and spending two weeks in the hospital, my mother was ready for a long road to recovery. We had to face the fact that she wasn’t able to take care of herself as she had previously. It’s a pivotal moment in every person’s life, and the decisions that face a family can seem overwhelming. We were understandably conflicted about placing my mother in a skilled care nursing facility as opposed to bringing her home with us, but we knew we needed the support as much as she did. We eventually found Hill Country Care in Dripping Springs, and from the moment we walked into the facility, our conflicted feelings began to evaporate. We were greeted with a sweet sensitivity by the administrative and nursing staff, and not only did my mother receive exemplary medical care, but the staff supported the family as well, spending time answering questions and attending to the details that made my mother’s stay as easy for her as possible. The atmosphere is warm, professional, kind, and genuine. I will forever be grateful.”
