Brandon Tappan, Divisional President of Operations
Brandon has been in long-term care senior leadership for 7 years and currently leads a group of executives that are responsible for quality improvement and earnings performance in 36 skilled nursing facilities and ALFs in Texas. Senior Care Centers serves approximately 3700 patients daily and 4000 employees.
Brandon received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and his Master of Science Degree in Health Services Research from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. He also holds graduate level certifications in Long Term Care Administration and Bio-Statistics. Brandon is a Green Belt in Six- Sigma and a Certified Senior Examiner with AHCA Quality Awards (a Malcolm Baldridge program).
Brandon is an industry advocate having served as the Texas state representative to the AHCA future leadership class of 2011 and brings a fresh perspective, an analytic approach and an engaging leadership style. Brandon is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development and is consistently focused on fundamental disciplines that will lead Senior Care Centers to operational success.
